The monthly township meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 8 pm. The meetings are typically held in the board room on the east end of the hall. Pursuant to MN Statute 13D.01, meetings of the board are open to the public. The board maintains an informal agenda. If you have an issue that you would like addressed and are unable to attend a meeting, please call or e-mail the clerk.

In addition, members of the board regularly attend Pine City Fire Department meetings, County Township Association meetings, MN District association meetings, MN Township association trainings, and other public meetings. The town board does not make any decisions at these meetings and information is brought back to the monthly board meeting for review.
